Datacenter Incident Update
We are currently dealing with an issue at our datacenter facility.
Several racks and rooms suffered significant electrical problems during the incident. The damage mainly affected the cooling fans, with a large number of them failing or burning out across multiple racks. Sadly, some server electronics, power supplies, and control boards were also damaged by the power surge and overheating that followed. Replacement of the affected fans and other impacted components is currently underway.
Certain rooms are being prepared to be powered on shortly. We are still waiting for final status from the technical team.
The resolution has taken longer than expected due to the Easter holidays, which delayed the arrival of replacement parts. Some parts are still on their way and the team is now working on it properly with full resources.
At this time, there is no ETA for full restoration. This situation is largely out of our hands while we wait for the on-site work to be completed. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as we have more information.
We understand how important uptime is, and we sincerely apologize for the extended downtime and any inconvenience this has caused.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
