Datacenter Power Outage Update
We are currently experiencing a power outage at our datacenter location.
While our racks themselves are unaffected, several unrelated rooms at the facility have suffered critical electrical issues. As a result, the entire site has had to redirect power, leading to a longer downtime than initially expected.. especially with Easter approaching, which is slowing resolution time.
At this time, the ETA for full restoration is unknown. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as we have more information.
We understand how important uptime is, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Compensation:
All customers will be fully compensated. Your billing due date will be extended accordingly, so you will not be charged for any downtime.
Looking ahead:
We will also be launching a Discord server soon, where we’ll invite our community to connect across different game titles, share updates, and stay informed more easily.
